Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NasDan wedding platform operated by NasDan (“we”, “us”, or “NasDan”). NasDan is not a company or LLC; it is offered by an individual merchant under the NasDan brand. By creating an account, placing an order, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
NasDan provides a wedding platform, including personalized invitation pages, guest management, RSVP tracking, seating plans, guest messages and photos, and related features described on our website and in your account panel. Features may vary by plan tier.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. The service is intended for adults arranging a wedding event and their invited guests.
3. Plans, pricing, and one-time payment
Plans are sold as one-time purchases for a selected guest-capacity tier. Prices and currency shown at checkout depend on your pricing region. There is no monthly subscription for standard plans unless we clearly state otherwise for a specific product. Guest limits and included features are described on the pricing pages.
4. Delivery and activation
After payment is confirmed, your wedding plan is activated automatically in your account. You can then customize and share with guests. Until payment is confirmed, the invitation may remain inactive or limited to preview.
5. Payments and Merchant of Record
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record. Dodo handles payment processing, applicable tax collection and remittance for the transaction, invoicing, and related payment compliance. By paying, you also accept Dodo’s buyer terms and privacy policy as presented on the hosted checkout page.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content; spam guests; attempt to bypass plan limits; reverse-engineer the platform; or interfere with security or other users. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of content you and your guests upload (such as photos, messages, schedules, and event details). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service. You are responsible for obtaining any rights needed to share guest data and media.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available and improve it over time. Features may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance or outages may occur.
9. Refunds
Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy. Approved refunds may revoke paid access to the purchased plan.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NasDan is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant plan, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence apply.
