Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how NasDan (“NasDan”, “we”, or “us”) processes personal data when you use our website, create an account, purchase a plan, or open a wedding invitation. Contact: info@nuptoria.com.
1. Data we collect
Depending on how you use NasDan, we may process: account details (name, email, password hash, locale, pricing region); wedding and invitation content you enter; guest list data you upload (names, contact details, RSVP answers); messages, voice notes, and photos submitted by guests; seating-plan data; support messages; technical logs (IP address, device/browser data); referral cookies; analytics events; and payment-related identifiers shared with our payment processor.
2. Purposes
We use personal data to provide and improve the service, activate and manage plans, process payments, communicate with you, support customers, prevent abuse, measure product usage, run the referral program, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal bases
Where applicable (for example under GDPR), we rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests (security, product improvement, fraud prevention), consent where required (for example certain cookies or marketing), and legal obligations.
4. Payments (Dodo Payments)
Checkout and payment processing are handled by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record. Dodo receives the personal and payment data needed to complete the transaction, issue invoices, collect tax where required, and handle refunds or disputes. See Dodo’s privacy policy presented at checkout.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We use essential cookies for sessions, authentication, and locale. Referral links may set a referral cookie that remembers an affiliate code for a limited period so commissions and buyer discounts can be attributed. If Google Analytics is enabled, it may set analytics cookies to understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
6. Push notifications
If you or a guest opt in to browser push notifications, we store the subscription endpoint needed to deliver those notifications. You can unsubscribe in the browser or through the invitation/account controls.
7. Guest content and shared links
Couples control guest lists and invitation links. Guests who open a link or submit RSVPs, messages, or photos provide data that is stored for that wedding. Couples should only invite people who expect to receive the invitation and should not upload third-party data without a lawful basis.
8. Retention
We retain account and wedding data while the account remains active and for up to 24 months after the account is closed or a deletion request is completed, for backup, dispute, and legal purposes. Payment records may be retained longer as required for tax and accounting. You may request deletion of your account data subject to legal retention needs.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Contact info@nuptoria.com to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
10. International transfers
Service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
