Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Nuptoria one-time wedding plan purchases. Operator: Nuptoria. Support: info@nuptoria.com.
1. Refund window
You may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date. Requests received after that window may be declined unless applicable law requires otherwise.
2. How to request a refund
Contact us at info@nuptoria.com (or via the in-app support form) with your account email, wedding name if available, and payment date/amount. We will review the request and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
3. Exceptions and service use
Because plans deliver digital access that can be activated immediately after payment, we may decline a refund if the invitation has already been substantially used (for example widely shared with guests, significant guest data imported, or paid features actively used) where permitted by law. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.
4. Effect of an approved refund
If a refund is approved and processed, paid plan access for that purchase may be revoked and the invitation may return to an inactive or unpaid state. Refunds are issued through the original payment method via Dodo Payments where possible.
5. Upgrades and failed payments
Upgrade purchases follow the same refund window from the upgrade payment date. Cancelled or failed checkouts that never completed are not charged and do not require a refund.
6. Payment disputes
Please contact us before opening a chargeback so we can help resolve the issue. Dodo Payments, as Merchant of Record, may handle dispute processes with the payment networks.
