Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about buying and using the Nuptoria wedding platform.
What am I buying?
A one-time wedding plan for your event. Your plan unlocks the invitation page, guest tools, and included features up to the guest capacity of the selected tier.
Is there a monthly subscription?
No. Standard plans are one-time purchases. There is no recurring monthly charge unless we clearly offer a different product later.
Which currency and price will I see?
Displayed prices depend on your pricing region (for example EUR or BAM). The amount and currency shown on the pricing page and at Dodo checkout are the amounts you pay for that purchase.
When is my invitation activated?
After payment is confirmed, your plan is activated automatically. You can then customize and share the invitation from your panel. Until then, the invitation may remain in preview or inactive.
How is the product delivered?
Delivery is digital: access is granted in your Nuptoria account. There is no physical shipment.
Who processes the payment?
Dodo Payments processes checkout as Merchant of Record, including tax handling for the transaction where applicable. You will see Dodo’s buyer terms and privacy policy on the hosted checkout page.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. If your guest list grows, you can purchase a higher tier from the pricing page in your account, subject to eligibility rules shown there.
How do refunds work?
You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting info@nuptoria.com. See our Refund Policy for exceptions, service-use rules, and what happens to access after an approved refund.
How do you handle my data and guest data?
We process account, wedding, guest, message/photo, analytics, and cookie data as described in our Privacy Policy. Couples control guest lists and should only invite people who expect the invitation.
How do I contact support?
Email info@nuptoria.com, use the support bubble on the website or in your panel, or use the contact form on the homepage.
